As above it's a big single room in a 2 bed house very close to Lisburn road, Belfast city centre, and Boucher road. Also very close to The Royal Victoria Hospital and City Hospital (approx 250 metres to both). It has great options for transport links with the M1 motorway nearby and plenty of bus and train stops within 5 mins walking time. Big friendly dog here (Collie X Alaskan Malamute) he is very docile and loves new people/being petted. The open plan living room and kitchen has been extended, is very spacious and houses a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave and oven. The yard is small and brick built but well kept and I have a few nice plants etc out there. There is also a small roof terrace which can be accessed directly from the second bedroom or the hallway. I would expect any potential housemate to clean up after themselves and help out with basic housekeeping. Monthly stays = Monthly rent payment.
