I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Student Roost –Nelson Place, Belfast.

Please note that this is one studio room shared by two people, not two separate bedrooms. Another female student is currently living in the studio, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable sharing the studio with her.
