Looking for a flatmate to join me in my two bed flat in Stenhouse area. It's a lovely, bright and spacious first floor flat with a wee private garden to the side and free on-street parking. The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage, kitchen with gas hob and fan oven that leads onto living/dining space and small bathroom with half-bath and electric shower.

Stenhouse is a residential area located to the West of the city centre, but easily accessible (about 20 mins) by a number of buses, tram or cycle; well located for access to the Gyle and bypass out of the city. We're also close to Saughton Park and the Water of Leith for a bit of exercise and nice walks :)

I'm looking for a friendly flatmate, to have a good chat and share the odd meal with, who is respectful and willing to keep communal areas, esp kitchen, clean and tidy. Sorry no couples. Available mid Feb long-term let only (min. 6 months).

You'd be sharing the flat with myself, a 31yr old female professional, generally work 9-5 in environmental sector, pretty easy going and lived in plenty of flatshares before. I enjoy cooking and getting outdoors hiking, camping etc.
(With Covid-19 I'm currently working from home part of the week)
