I have a room to rent in a lovely, spacious, light flat with the living accommodation on the first floor, two bedrooms on the first and two on the second. We are on a main bus route - so 15-20 minutes to the centre of town.

The one room to rent on the second floor has an adjoining toilet and shower (not en suite). This is shared between the two upstairs rooms.

The shared lounge and kitchen and small garden to rear is accessed from the kitchen. We also have a bike shed.

There is also a bathroom on the first floor.

There is on-street parking in the roads nearby. The bus stop to town is over the road - 15 minutes to town centre and also a another direct bus to Edinburgh University, central campus.
