Double bedroom with own livingroom to rent. It is a 3 bedroom house but we turned it into a 2 bed 2 livingroom house. The house is located in corstorphine with a 5 min walk to tram and bus stop. Pentland hills and crammond beach are also a 10 min drive.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with a clean tidy individual. There is a driveway and a home gym in the back garden also.

About me : hey I'm Vhairi, a Scottish born and bred 32yo woman who runs my own catering business away from the house. My work keeps me busy 75% of the time with my dog taking up 20% and I get 5% peace to myself ha! I enjoy a wine at the weekend but also love being outdoors, traveling and keeping fit and healthy.

I have a 5yo very cute and quiet springer spaniel. She's never a bother and comes with me everywhere I go.....yes even work!

I'm looking for a clean, tidy individual who is also respectable to others within the house. Someone ideally fun and positive is great to be around !
