My partner and I own two 3B1B flats (same building) and we are looking for someone to fill in a few of the rooms across the two flats.

The rooms are spacious and have a great view to the Pentland hills. The flat is at a great location (with post office, co-op, boots and restaurants) being next to the flat. Bus stop is right in front of the flat and there are multiple buses going into the city centre (with x18, x19, and x34 taking 15 mins).

Short term available but the price is slightly higher.
