It's a nice, quiet area, with Tesco and the tram stop only about 10 minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around Edinburgh.

Rent: £550 per month – ALL bills included!

That covers council tax, gas, electricity, water, central heating and fast Wi-Fi. The house is always kept nice and warm, especially during winter!

I like keeping the house tidy, peaceful and relaxed. I'm Christian, so the home has a calm, respectful atmosphere, but you're welcome whatever your beliefs or background.

I'm not really into parties or lots of noise, and I respect everyone's privacy and personal space.

Just something worth mentioning: My daughter (15 yo) stays with me regularly, so the living room can occasionally be a little busier or occupied when she's here. It's a family home, so I'd like someone who's comfortable with that.

I'm also completely fine with different dietary preferences, so whatever you eat or don't eat is absolutely your business!

And since I have a car, I'm happy to occasionally help with groceries or give you a lift if I'm available. 🚗

Ideally, a female working professional or student who's tidy, considerate, friendly and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.

I'm not expecting perfection, just someone who's respectful and easy to share a home with!
