I have a bright, spacious double room available in my relaxed, friendly flat from 4th May.

The room has recently been refurbished with a new carpet etc. and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, monitor, large set of drawers, and a wardrobe, making it ideal for someone working or studying.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself. I work from home the majority of the time but occasionally travel for work. I am easygoing and respectful, looking for someone similar. My girlfriend lives abroad so I will occasionally travel to visit and vice versa.

Great transport links:

- 2-minute walk to the bus stop with the 22 bus reaching Edinburgh city centre in 10–15 minutes
- 10-minute walk to Balgreen tram stop
