Hi, my name is Gianmarco and I’m a PhD student looking for someone to take over my double bedroom from 1st August. A longer-term stay would be preferred, but the landlord is happy to discuss this depending on the situation.
The room is in a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom flat, set in a very quiet area. The flat has plenty of space, making it a calm and welcoming place to live and it is located in a convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from a large retail park with a gym, cafés, shops, and other useful amenities.
The tenant will share the flat with a live-in landlord who is very friendly, helpful, and happy to provide anything that might be needed around the home.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, broadband, and shared household items such as cooking essentials, including olive oil, herbs, coffee, and spices. Cleaning and hygiene basics are also included, such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products.
The flat has:
- Two bedrooms
- One toilet, which will be used almost exclusively by the new tenant
- One bathroom
- A living room
- A dining room
- A kitchen
- A small spare room, mainly used for drying clothes, with a dehumidifier provided
- A small balcony facing a shared garden
This would suit someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going who is looking for a peaceful, spacious, and well-equipped place to live.
