Flat is situated close to Napier University, Stevenson College and the Gyle Shopping Centre. I am on the 22, 21, 12 and 2 bus routes. The 22 being the most frequent. There is good car parking space. The bills include gas, electric and WIFI. You need to pay for your phone calls. I am looking for someone who is mature who will respect my living space by cleaning up after themselves. There is a washer/dryer and a dish washer. The room has a double bed, bookcase, drawers and a wardrobe. The room is nicely decorated. I am a non-smoker and I am looking for a non-smoker to share with. If you have anyone to stay overnight, after an agreement by myself, I will charge £10 a night extra for every night your partner/friend stays over.
