Double room available for one person. Looking at stays from a month or two up to 6 months ideally.

Situated in West of Edinburgh between the Airport and City Centre. Close to Gyle/Edinburgh Park and easy links to RBS Gogarburn. In one of main suburbs of Edinburgh outside the centre but with many shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. There are 3 different lothian buses between here and the city centre (12, 26 and 31) and maximum wait time will be less than 10 minutes daytime. It is also on the airport bus route which is straight road between airport and quick limited stop route into city centre.

House is around 5km from centre - c20 minutes by bus to Princes Street.

To share with owner who is 52 year old professional local who works from home 5 days a week.

Tesco extra late opening Supermarket within 5 minutes walk as are main shops in Corstorphine.

Recently refurbished room has double bed and plenty storage space.

House is well furnished with all mod cons, broadband unlimited, Sky TV.

Parking available on drive if required.

When replying please tell me whether you’re working/studying etc, normal study/work times and how long you need a room for.

Once again, please remember - it’s a Monday to Friday room and I am not considering full week stays at this time.
