We are a friendly family offering a comfortable spare room in our spacious 4-bedroom home for £650 per month.

The house setup is very peaceful and private:

One existing tenant stays only from Monday evening to Wednesday morning.

She uses her own bathroom and rarely cooks, so the home remains quiet and uncrowded.

The available room comes with access to a shared bathroom, although currently it is mainly used by the room occupant. Occasionally, our children may use the bathtub during summer months. For health and hygiene reasons, the bathtub is reserved for family use only.
