Tram stop is around 6 mins walk from home and takes you to city center in 22 mins ,And also covers St. James quarter and Omni center.

Local amenities: Gyle shopping center with Morrisons , M&S and cafes and restaurants within 7 min walk.
Fitness center: David Lloyd's center with gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, tennis, shuttle, and squash courts in 10 mins walk.

About us:
Me and my partner both working in full time jobs, Monday to Friday. I work from home most of the time . We try to have a fair balance of social and alone time. Also would like to host board games from time to time and go for walks and do stuff together from time to time
We are looking for a easy going , mature , tidy and respectful flatmate that enjoys the occasional company and also looks after the home. It would be nice to share the occasional meal or activity together on weekends or in the evenings. This is not a party home but a peaceful place to unwind and relax.
