on-street parking, I am looking for a chill, clean and tidy flatmate, who is respectful.
several supermarkets in the area big Sainsburys 20 min walk from home, Aldi and McDonald's, and a small Tesco 5 min walking from home, the tram stop is 10 min walking.
several parks in the area. and Murrayfield stadium is just 15 min walking.
access to a garden, bills included I am doing small renovations on Sundays nothing to be concerned about.
