Kitchen/Dining and Bathroom would be shared with 1 other (me).
The house is in the Corstorphine area, close to Edinburgh zoo, 7 minutes walk to Saughton tram station, reaching the city centre within 15 minutes or 25 minutes to the airport. Alternatively, buses are within a 5 minute walk.
I live in the house and have 2 private rooms of my own. There is an enclosed garden with seating.
I have a cat and dog, working 3 days per week.
My lodger should be tidy and respectful of the house and neighbours. I have no preferences of age or occupation but would prefer to share with a female.
