A comfortable furnished double room with double bed for single occupancy in a 2 floor home. The tram and main bus links are minutes away, with plenty of free parking available. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate dining room on the first floor with the double room on offer. The flat has a main door entrance and a lovely garden with summer house and log burner.

The flat is friendly, clean, mostly tidy, and is best suited to someone who is the same. Preference is for someone who does not WFH fulltime (2/3 days is perfect) and has a relatively similar 9-5 schedule.

The house has everything you would need in terms of furnishings, bedding, towels etc, and is perfect for shorter lets, such as an exchange student/lecturer, or someone new to Edinburgh.

Couples are welcome with adjusted rent and bills discussed separately.

Please note there is a super friendly ragdoll cat who enjoys cuddles, socialising, and will insist that she is your new best friend.
