I am looking for a flatmate to cosy modern double bedroom in 2 bedroom flat preferably female. Someone who is friendly, social, easy-going and likes to spend time at home in the evenings. The person must like dogs as I have a female dog named Lexi, 5 yrs old. Lexi is an anxious dog with separation anxiety therefore she is not capable of staying more than three hours alone at home. I'm looking for someone who could be at home during the evenings. Lexi also will require a small socialisation with a new flatmate. You must like dogs and to be available in the evenings at home. You also will need to be able to share the cleaning of the flat and you will have own turn to clean public area of the flat.

The flat is located in Corstorphine EH12 9AN. Single occupant £530 per month, couples £560 with council tax and internet included with bills excluded gas & electricity. DEPOSIT £500, renting for minimum 6 months period subject to review. Couples are welcome. Available from now.
