I am looking for a flatmate to cosy modern double bedroom in 2 bedroom flat preferably female. Someone who is friendly, social, easy-going and likes to spend time at home in the evenings. The person must like dogs as I have a female dog named Lexi, 5 yrs old. Lexi is an anxious dog with separation anxiety therefore she is not capable of staying more than one hours alone at home. I'm looking for someone who could be at home during the evenings and support us when I'm in the office for two days per week. Lexi also will require a small socialisation with a new flatmate. You must like dogs and to be available in the evenings at home. The best fit will be if you work from home for minimum two days per week. You also will need to be able to share the cleaning of the flat and you will have own turn to clean public area of the flat.

The flat is located in Corstorphine EH12 9AN.
Single occupant £600 per month, couples £650 with everything included. DEPOSIT £450, renting for minimum 6 months period subject to review. Couples are welcome. The room is occupied just now until 12 June, therefore it requires 4 weeks notice to the current tenant.
