We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our home!
We're two young professionals working in media and the arts, looking for someone friendly and easy-going to share our space with.
The flat is in a lovely, peaceful area of Edinburgh, with free parking available. It's a bit of a blank canvas at the moment, so there's plenty of opportunity to make the space feel homely and add some personality!
We're hoping to find someone who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to have a chat and make the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
Pet friendly! We're happy to consider one small, well-behaved pet.
Rent:
• £700 per month for single occupancy
• £850 per month for couples
If this sounds like somewhere you'd feel at home, we'd love to hear a little about you!
