Hi! I am the current tenant hoping to find 2 new flatmates so I can keep the flat as my flatmates are graduating soon.

The smaller room has been taken and the contract starts from July 1st. There is an option to move in August 1st so please message for further details.

Both come furnished with a double bed, cupboard and draws.
Shared living room, bathroom, courtyard and kitchen. Comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, hoover and other cleaning equipment.

Bills usually come to £40-50 per person per month depending on usage. Water can be paid in a lump sum or monthly depending on what the flat would prefer. Electricity is monthly and gas is on pay as you go.

The flat is located two minutes away from QMUL mile end campus so would be ideal for QMUL students. I'd be looking for flatmates who are clean and respectful and that I would get along with, I'm always up for tea and a chat!
