We have a large double room (5.3 x 3.3m) available in a 3 bed flat share - our existing flatmate is leaving London. Move-in can be flexible, and as soon as a few weeks from now, whenever you've passed the landlord's referencing.

The flat has a large, modern living room with a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher and washer/dryer), and is in a nice area with convenient transport links - it takes just over 5 mins to walk to either Wapping or Shadwell stations, and around 15 to walk to Tower Bridge. There's also a free parking space if you need it.

We're two young professionals who get on well and like to keep the flat fairly tidy. Bills aren't included, but should be ~£150 a month.
