This is a two-story house and I am currently seeking lodgers for the 2nd floor, which comprises of three bedrooms - two double and one single. I am specifically looking to rent out one double and one single room to female lodgers.

First floor is occupied by landlord and daughter. And the 2nd floor currently empty.

While I prefer shorter stays, I am open to considering a maximum duration of six months. A lodger agreement will be provided as the rooms will be rented out for lodging purposes.

The rent includes all bills and the house is fully furnished, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

The deposit along with the first month's rent payable on first day of stay.

Conditions includes not bringing in guests of any kind and be respectful.
