We are looking for one new housemates for our three-storey house. Move in date is end of July but we can be flexible as could be later (TBC - Waiting on confirmation of housemate that is leaving)

Ideally looking for a female to keep the balance but obviously open to meet everyone.

Rent is £1200 pcm (excluding bills). The bedroom is on the top floor and shares a bathroom with one other flatmate (1 between 2). Room comes part-furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

The house is spread over three floors, with a lovely living space leading out to a backyard, a modern kitchen, downstairs washroom, a bathroom on each floor and rooftop access. House is council tax band E.

We live a short walk to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields and Lauriston Road. We have three overground stations near us, as well as lots of busses into the city / central London, and a Tesco and a Lidl only a 5 minute walk away.

You will be living with Callum from Northampton, 31, working in tech, Jordan from Edinburgh, 30 working in game design, and Lucy, 29, from Melbourne and working in Therapy. We are all very laidback, enjoy the household company but also respect everyone’s privacy.
