My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our really cute, peaceful flat. The room is a good-sized double with its own ensuite bathroom, and the flat is tucked away in a super quiet area while still being really well connected — around a 10-minute walk to both Angel and Highbury & Islington stations.

A bit about me — I’m pretty easygoing and like the flat to feel calm, clean, and comfortable. I’m respectful of personal space and downtime, but equally happy to have a movie night, dinner, go for a pub trip, or explore London and do little activities (bonus if you like Pilates :)). Ideally looking for someone who’s similarly tidy, considerate, and friendly, and who wants the flat to feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Rent is currently listed at £1,600pcm, though final amount may be subject to contract renewal details.
