We have a room available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Angel, just a minutes walk from the canal, and are looking for a flatmate who’s after more than just a place to stay.

We’re two professional women, aged 25 and 26, looking for someone to replace our friend who’s moving out. We’re friendly and sociable and enjoy cooking dinners together, hanging out, watching movies, and visiting the local pubs. At the same time, we’re respectful of each other’s space and are looking for someone who’s happy to join in on flat activities but is considerate as well.

The room is an ensuite fully furnished double, and the flat features an open-plan living room, balcony, and access to a roof terrace - perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The complex also benefits from being gated with security often on-site.

Rent excludes bills, which are approximately £120 per month.
