Attention:The deposit is actually for 6 weeks because the total rent for the entire property exceeded £50,000 at the time of signing the contract. Therefore, the contract charges 6 weeks' rent, and the official subletting also charges based on 6 weeks of your rent. This requirement complies with British law. We will sign a new contract with the landlord together with another roommate.
