I’m Looking for someone to replace me on the lease , needs to pass referencing with the let agency. Looking for someone to move in start of May , sharing with one other female.
Double room with own private bath room. The apartment is spacious , with many large windows good light and overlooks a park. It has a very large terrace . The house is fully furnished. 11 mins away from old street station and 15 mins away from upper street. There is a canal 5 mins away.
Bills are around 150 per person and include council, internet, water, heating and electricity.
