I’m leaving a lovely double bedroom in a four-bedroom flat in Clerkenwell after a great year. The room is spacious, has plenty of storage, a desk, double bedroom and gets tons of natural light. The rent + bills come to around £1100 a month.

The flat itself is located in an about a ten minute walk to Farringdon, 15 minute walk to Angel and 15 minute walk to Old Street stations. It’s honestly the best location for anyone working in the city, and is in such a safe area.

Whilst the flat doesn’t have a living room, there’s a decently sized kitchen. The flat also has a bathroom and a separate toilet.

As I’m leaving the contract a little early, you’ll be living with three other lovely flatmates (aged 23-25) until around August. They’re all in full time employment and are super easygoing and a joy to live with! August onwards, they will also be looking for replacements and you’d likely get to fill the flat with whoever you’d like!

The room will be available for June 7th onwards but I can be flexible to possibly accommodate for a slightly earlier move in date!
