Looking for someone to take over my room in our gorgeous 2-bed upper maisonette in the heart of Angel, N1 ✨
You’d be living with my bestie Georgie (31), who works in accounting. She’s an absolute legend — super sociable, sporty, and easy to live with.
The flat itself is a bright and spacious furnished duplex apartment with:
• Two double bedrooms
• Open-plan kitchen/living area
• Modern bathroom
• Massive attic for storage (perfect for suitcases and all the random extras)
The location honestly couldn’t be better — 5 mins from Angel station and close to Kings Cross/St Pancras, plus right by the canal path. You’ve got Upper Street on your doorstep with endless pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops, and boutiques.
Fully furnished place
- king sized bed and bed frame (currently ordered new frame)
- washing machine
- two fridges and one freezer
- gas stove
- bath and shower
- couches
- table and chairs
In my room specifically I can sell the rug, wooden chest of draws and metal shelf to you, but the bed size tables and red lamps come with the house.
We’re above a pub, but honestly it’s more of a perk than a downside. They have a beautiful beer garden that I basically treat as “our terrace” — ideal for reading, working in the sun, or after-work drinks. The garden closes at 11pm, and your room is on the opposite side of the flat so it stays pretty quiet.
Rent is £1425pcm plus bills.
This has genuinely been my favourite house I’ve lived in, and I’m only leaving because my visa is up
