I am moving and looking for someone to replace my tenancy until July. It's a clean and lovely flat located between both Kings Cross, Angel station and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground (10-15 minute walk). There are plenty of shops nearby, and the canal to Coal Drops Yard is 5 minutes walk away. There's a bus stop 3 minutes away that serves buses to Central London.

This is a Halal female household, so preference for a Muslim female housemate or vegetarian/vegans. Looking for someone clean and responsible, accomodation is ideal for anyone staying short-term in London or students at UCL/City Uni.

Council Tax Band D. Current household are all students. Bills (electricity, gas, water and wifi) are about £57-60 per month. This may go up from April.

Flat is available from 22 March but flexible with start date. Flat ends in 14 July 2026.
