Quick note — I’m posting this on my brother’s SpareRoom account as mine is currently playing up, but you’ll be dealing directly with me, Josh, for viewings, agreement and payments.
I’m heading away travelling, so I’m subletting my double room with a private balcony. The room will be available from 10 March. I can be flexible by a few days either side for move-in, but the rent will need to be covered from the start of the rental period.
The sublet will run until 10 June 2026.
Viewings will be taking place ASAP. I won’t be available this Saturday as I’ll be away, but I’ll be back Sunday and can arrange viewings from then onwards.
Our rent cycle runs from the 10th to the 10th, so whenever you move in you would simply pay pro-rata up until the next 10th, then continue monthly from there.
A deposit is required to secure the room.

💰 Rent, Bills & Deposit
Rent: £950 per month
Bills: Up to £100 per month (max), which includes:
Council Tax
Electricity (EDF)
Water
Gas (if applicable)
Broadband / Wi-Fi
General household supplies (cleaning products, toilet roll, etc.)
There are no surprise extras beyond this — bills are capped at £100 per month.
Deposit: Required in advance to secure the room.

Ideally a professional or student who appreciates a calm and welcoming home

📅 Viewings
Viewings will be arranged ASAP (apart from this Saturday). I’ll be back Sunday and available from then onwards.
