Room to rent in house share in Bow; looking for a female or non binary person to keep the balance, late 20s to 30s.

Current housemates have a variety of professions and hobbies, we spend some time together as well as doing our own thing.

Even though this is a six person house it's split over four floors and has plenty of space, including a large communal ground floor, two bathrooms and a garden.

The room itself is decent sized and on the third floor with a south facing window. The room comes finished with a bed, desk and large wardrobe. There is also some storage in the house.

This is definitely a home rather than a house, everyone gets a long and has a chilled atmosphere. People get together in the kitchen for chats but also respect people's need for calm.

Technical bits;

Rent is £782.95 and water, gas, electric, internet and weekly cleaner comes to around £90 we also use Monzo to split communal things like loo roll, cleaning products (bought in bulk).

The area is great, a few mins walk from Mile End station, Victoria Park and Roman Road.

Move in date latest 28th of march but can be available sooner.
