Looking for a someone to take over my room when I move out at the start of April (which is when my lease ends).
The room is a bright and spacious double with its own bathroom. The main living space is large and open plan kitchen and lounge space with a north-facing balcony (lots of sun).
The flat is a 10min walk from Canada Water Station (Jubilee) and Rotherhithe Station (Windrush) with frequent buses right outside the flat to London Bridge, Peckham, Elephant and Castle, etc.
My flatmate, who will be staying, is French and works in Finance in Canary Wharf 5 days a week. He is super chill, social, and open to living with anyone. He loves football and a good bottle of wine.
Bills not included but are around £150-200 per month per person (council tax, electricity, water, etc.).
