Hello! Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my beautiful maisonette home with my wonderful 2 friends (who I am absolutely gutted to leave as I am back off to university so need to save!) £1005 p/m not including bills. Following May 1st, tenancy moves onto the new rolling auto-renewal scheme.

Big light windows in living-room with cushty sofa, TV, coffee table. Kitchen looking onto shared garden (we share with 6 flats in whole block) - we also have a private patio with chairs and table. Bedroom is cosy with double bed, wardrobe, under bed storage space - and has a shared bathroom between 2 of the rooms (as third room is en suite).

3 min walk to beautiful Victoria Park. House is on Roman Road with lots of shops, cafes, parks, and all round good vibes. 13 min walk to Mile End or Bow underground stations, good bus connections too. Looking to move out by May so please DM me any questions!
