Hi all, I'm sadly moving out of the city and so I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double bedroom near Limehouse, available now.
Furniture + bills are both included, and the rent is 1050ppm, which is a steal considering the direct transport links to Central London (Stepney Green/Limehouse).
You will share the flat will three flatmates, 2 males (one working professional and student) and 1 female (working professional), who are all super nice and respectful. The flat is quiet calm as they all have busy schedules but all enjoy a nice chat from time to time. Bi-weekly cleaning service is included, and the landlord is very responsive to maintenance needs.
