This is a 3 bedroom house on 3 floors, with 2.5 bathrooms and a big living room. We are looking for a girl to take the double bed in our biggest room on the first floor, sharing with our lovely but very busy Doodi - she studies full time and works part time. She’s 23, been in London for over a year, she’s happy to make friends but also loves her quiet time.
The room is already furnished but there’s room for more, so we can discuss more furniture if necessary or if you have some to bring.

Apart from Doodi, you would have 3 flatmates, a couple and a girl, all 31 years old. We have very different schedules and we use the kitchen and the bathrooms at different times, so it never feels crowded.
Our ideal tenant would be clean, friendly and laid back. We are all usually chilled, up for a catch up and a tea but also love our personal space.

Bills are paid per person and split equally, and they usually come up to 65/75 per person (electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax).


The property is walking distance from all the main supermarkets, plus you will find a few parks, the riverside and even a small lake a short walk away.
