A lovely double room (furnished) with your own balcony. The room comes with a large wardrobe, desk, bed frame and mattress, along with a small balcony table with 2 chairs (perfect if you want to have some friends over to sit on the balcony). The room itself is quite big compared to other properties around Hoxton and I felt very lucky to have found this place last year. You’d be living with 4 other roommates. They all work in London, there’s 1 girl (Jess) and 3 guys (Lysandre, Niko and Odhran). We like to go to pubs together, go out dancing or just relax in the kitchen together and watch films. The apartment has loads of great ameneties:

The kitchen has a large dining table, oven, fridge, microwave, wine fridge, rice cooker and dishwasher.
