I am searching for someone to replace my flatmate in the two-bed flat we share in Shoreditch/Old Street.

You will take the huge master bedroom (5.8m x 4.6m) which has great natural light. Two large built-in wardrobes and en-suite.

Location is unbeatable for connectivity and social life. Walking distance to nightlife and restaurants but still very quiet at night. Very well-connected to rest of city and beyond: walking distance to Liverpool Street (8 mins) and Old Street (<1 min), two stops from King’s Cross, and quick buses to Dalston/Hackney etc.

Room available 1 April. Lease will run for a minimum of one year from your move in with scope to extend. Your rent is £1,906 (includes water bill). We split council tax, gas, electric, wifi 50/50.

You will generally have the flat to yourself. I travel a lot for work and holiday and am often gone for a month at a time. I’m 29, I love sport, and my passion is food. I have been in the flat 2.5 years and love the place. Looking for someone in their 20s or 30s. If we become friends and go out to socialise then great. If you want to keep to yourself then also great. The flat is very clean and you will have no trouble working in peace if that’s what you need.
