We’re a married couple of working professionals looking for a clean, respectful and considerate lodger to rent our spare bedroom in our modern two-bedroom flat.

The bedroom is furnished, and all bills are included in the rent, making it a convenient option for someone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

The flat is situated in a nice, quiet area within a well-maintained and monitored building. There are excellent transport links, with a bus stop directly outside the property. The 174 bus provides convenient access to Dagenham Heathway station in just a few stops, making commuting and getting around easy.

The flat has two bathrooms, including our en-suite. The second bathroom is available for the lodger to use and may also be used by our visitors when we have guests. The kitchen and living room are shared.

We’re both working professionals, and I work from home four days a week. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. We value cleanliness, mutual respect and maintaining a peaceful home environment.

Ideally, we’d love a friendly, responsible working professional who will treat our home with care and help keep it a comfortable place to live.
