I have a large double bedroom available in my spacious 2 bedroom ground floor flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside draws.

The flat consists of 2 large double bedrooms, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen/diner, courtard garden and large private garden.

There is off road parking space for two cars. There is minster train station just 5 minutes walk and bus routes 5 mins walk. Amenities in the village consist of, co-op, pub, restaurants, library, hair salon, post office, takeaways all within 5 mins walking.

I would prefer a female over the age of 25 who is a full time working professional or full time student who DOES NOT WORK FROM HOME. No smoking inside the property. All food and meal preperation is kept seperate.

The Tennant should be clean, tidy and respectful and have a postitive attitude! Must like dogs as I have a small dog (pug) who is my baby, follows me everywhere and loves to be cuddled by everyone!

There are a few minor house rules in place so would expect these to be followed e. g cleaning is every other weekend and must be done by midday saturday this includes bathroom and kitchen. The living room is currently my study space/office where i study and do not expect you to relax here, however you have a large bedroom with tv point.
