An excellent flat is available to let for £1100 per calendar month in designer's spacious Victorian property. It is a very comfortable furnished main room with kitchen, dining tqble, and living area with 2 x sofas one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a desk and and chair and plenty of storage space. It is for a 1 or 2 people and has a comfy queen sized double bed and is very cosy!
The house is on Ramsgate's rather charming west cliff, near to the town centre and only a 5 minute walk to the coast and sandy beaches. The house is on the Loop bus route to Broadstairs and Margate. and near to the service to Sandwich. It is also a short 12 minute walk, or even shorter bus ride, to Ramsgate train station.
It is fully furnished, double glazed, and there are all facilities in the house such as dishwasher, access to a washing machine on the house above, fully equipped kitchen and wireless broadband. There is a huge fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space for you in the kitchen. There is a bath with shower and WC with integrated bidet. There is a little utility room leading to the bathroom.
The rent includes all bills, and is paid in advance every calendar month and you would need a calendar month's rent as a damage deposit to move in as well as employer and bank references. If it's a very short let you are after, then contact me for any rent adjustment. No smokers I'm afraid. There are very friendly cats living here so you must like cats and no more pets please.
