A large downstairs bedroom/lounge (approx 20 foot x 12 foot) is available in a comfortable, privately owned family home in Ramsgate. The photographs show the room as it is currently but this will be converted to a bedroom in the next couple of weeks.

This is a genuine family home shared with my partner and my two teenage sons. I'm looking for a considerate, clean and respectful working professional who would appreciate a relaxed home environment rather than a traditional house share.

The room offers a spacious, private place to relax after work, with shared use of the household facilities.

- Large downstairs bedroom with plenty of space to make yourself at home. Will include a sofa bed and coffee table so you can relax in private if you wish to.
