Hey, I’m Molly, 35, and I’m looking for a lovely housemate to share my home in Ramsgate with me, Maisie, and my two very friendly cats.
The house is modern, spacious and relaxed, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, a garden, a separate living room, and two toilets. The room itself is a good medium size with taupe walls, a peach cieling with ornate light design, it overlooks the garden. Has a picture rail & is a good size for someone looking for a furnished room.
I’m chilled but sociable and would love to live with someone who enjoys the odd glass of wine, a chat over dinner, or watching something together, while also respecting each other’s space. I’m into dancing, fitness and trying new things.
Maisie also lives here and is into DJing, fitness and travelling, so it’s a friendly home with a nice balance of social and independent time.
You’ll need to be a cat lover, as the cats are very much part of the home and love attention. No litter trays though, they use the garden.
Location is great:
3-minute walk to the bus stop
10-minute walk to Ramsgate Station
15-minute walk to the beach
8-minute walk into town
6-minute walk to Asda, Aldi and Ramsgate Leisure Centre
Bills work out between £100-£110 ISH per person split between 3 a month including a weekly cleaner.
The room is available now.
Drop me a message with a bit about yourself, your budget and your ideal move-in date, and we can arrange a chat, viewing or coffee to see if it feels like a good fit.
