Hello.
We are renting out our lovely double bedroom with great view in our 3 bed semi in SE9 close to Mottingham/Bromley.
We are a short walk to Elmstead Woods station which takes you to Central London in 15 minutes.
We are looking for a nice friendly female house mate to share our house with.
In the house will be myself, my husband, our 4 year old son and 11 month old baby.
As you can see from the pictures the house has some brilliant features and I’m sure you will love it like we do. We have a brand new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We also have Netflix, Hive heating among other fancy things :)
We have LOTS of gym equipment so will save money on going gym :)
