-Travels relatively light, as the flat is (almost) fully equipped. Although there is a good amount of storage available.
-The wardrobe is very spacious and the room is bright and comfortable.

PAYMENTS
- Security deposit, upon agreement:£1,200
- Rent paid monthly, on the 1st of the month:£1,200 monthly accommodation, all bills included (based on 2 people, WFH max 2 days per week, and subject to excessive energy use charges).
- Weekly cleaning and the cost of shared consumables are shared monthly for long-term flatmates. £150 a month for short-term lodgers. :)
