- Bills: ~200 in the winter and lesser in summer
- Gym included in rent (Ground floor of apartment)

- DLR (Royal Docks station): <3 min walk
- London cable car: <1 min walk
- Excel London: <7 min walk
- Close to the water with a great view of O2 and Canary Wharf - great for runs and night walks
- Canning town, Lidl, Morrisons: ~20 min walk


I like keeping the house tidy, giving my flatmate space but also look forward to finding a friend in them!
