We are looking for another housemate in Canning Town (9mins walk from the Tube (Jubilee Line) /DLR - ideal for commute to City or Canary Wharf) £990 including bills. Kitchen with dishwasher, Washer-Dryer, separate lounge with bio-ethanol fireplace, Smart TV and robot vacuum cleaner.

Decent size double room with lots of storage and ensuite bathroom. The room has a desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe.

There is a fullsize bath in the main bathroom. Nice little garden great for BBQ's/place to store a bike.

IKEA furniture. Lots of shops, cafes and parks nearby. Great transport links.
