Hello all.
We are looking for a new lodger as our most recent lodger has relocated for work and study purposes. I am a live in landlady and it's a family home. I have had lodgers for over 7 years so we are used to having a lodger.

The room is a spacious double room with furniture and plenty of storage, including a built in cupboard and storage under the bed.

We have two cats. We have a decent size garden, separate living room and kitchen. There's a main bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as an additional downstairs toilet. Roadside parking but no permits needed. There's cupboard space available in the kitchen as well as fridge space. Happy for our future lodger to use our utensils etc. But equally happy it they bring their own. Bills and wifi are included.

I am currently studying alongside my job and I have my BSL level 2. Previous lodgers have liked the set up and the people in our home.

Looking for a well balanced flat mate who is relatively clean. Someone who makes an effort to interact but also who respects our space.
