I am looking for someone to take over my contract for the next academic year at Kendrick Hall at Reading

For extra detail, please kindly drop me a message. It’s a 40-weeks en-suite room contract (from Sept 12, 2026- June 19, 2027).
Rent is £215 per week (price can be negiotiated LOWER)
with all bill included, shared kitchen, and laundry.
