THE SPACE

You will be sharing a clean, quiet, and relaxed home with a live-in landlord (48-year-old professional trader). This is strictly a non-smoking, drug-free, and not a party household. It’s a peaceful space designed to unwind in.
My own interests include walking, swimming, trading, travelling, reading, metaphysics, poker, and watching tennis. I am independent and respect personal space, making this setup ideal for a fellow professional or student who appreciates a calm, independent environment to come home to.
